Yuzu

Cultivated in South Korea on the island of Jeju which is known as "the island of the gods" for its climate and its pure air, its highly fertile volcanic soil and incredible biodiversity, this green tea with its long summer leaves, cooked in a wok according to thousand year old Korean tradition, gives a beautifully delicate, soft and mellow liquor. It goes marvellously with the aromatic and very exotic flavour or yuzu, a little citrus fruit high in flavour, between the Ichang papeda, lime and the wild mandarin orange! Yuja tea (유자차 yuja-cha) is very popular in Korea and is made from yuja (yuzu) with its refreshing and comforting properties.
