Champagne cocktail with raspberries and organic black tea syrup
with 10 citrus fruits
For 2 glasses
Difficulty*
For the 10 citrus fruit tea syrup
• 100 g caster sugar
• 5 cl water
• 1 tbsp 10 citrus fruit Russian black tea
For the cocktail
• 200 g of crushed ice
• 6 cl gin*
• 12 cl 10 citrus fruit tea syrup
• The juice of 1 lime
• A few fresh raspberries
• Pink champagne*
1. In a small saucepan, mix together the sugar, water and tea. Bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the syrup begins to thicken. Filter the mixture and leave until cold.
2. 2. Put the crushed ice, gin, tea syrup and lemon juice in a shaker. Close the shaker and shake vigorously to mix well.
3. 3. Divide the raspeberries between the two glasses. Fill them ¾ full if the cocktail, and then add the pink champagne. Serve immediately.
