An extremely sophisticated Bai Mu Dan white tea whose velvety leaves unfurl to reveal a silvery heart, giving it the name of one of the most beautiful and famous Chinese flowers: the white peony. Its delicate liquor with its woody notes blends marvellously with the juicy, fruity flavour of pear subtly contrasted by the refined taste of lychee. A magnificent balance!
