It has been a particularly important year for us, as terre d’Oc became a mission-driven company, a new foundation for everything we undertake. By committing ourselves to designing and creating beautiful, delicious, healthy, and wellness-inspired products that uphold the highest standards of quality and ethics, we enable our customers to contribute, in their own way, to a more sustainable and caring world. As creators, we have added an extra challenge to our mission: to support, celebrate, and shine a light on the talents of women around the world. For us, true sustainability cannot exist without equal opportunities for all. For this new year, let us come together to build a better world and share our good resolutions: • Bringing the joy and emotion of beauty into everyday life by creating responsible, eco-designed wellness products together with you. In 2022, we are launching the terre d’Oc Tribe—join us and help co-create the future with us! • Continuing to source directly from even more Fair Trade supply chains while maintaining the same high standards of natural quality, particularly for essential oils from Provence, and whenever possible from women’s cooperatives. In 2022, we will launch a range of 100% Fair Trade herbal infusions. • Helping to protect our planet by reducing our carbon footprint, cutting industrial waste, and lowering CO2 emissions. In 2022, we will continue transforming our manufacturing processes and supply chain. • Shining a spotlight on the talent and work of women. In 2022, we will once again dedicate a portion of our revenue and our time to supporting women-led causes and projects. • Promoting the well-being of our employees. In 2022, we will further strengthen workplace satisfaction through training, new initiatives, and improvements designed to create a better working environment.
