A cocktail of tangy flavours in a thirst-quenching infusion, offering a tasty blend of orange blossom and passionflower, mixed with the invigorating and sunny aromas of tangerine.

Mulled cider with spices and orange blossom herbal tea

For 1 litre of cider

10 minutes


• 1 l dry cider
• 1 tbsp fruity herbal tea
• 2 stick of cinnamon
• 1 vanilla pod
• 3 cloves

• the zest of one mandarine
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 apple cut in thin slices
• 1 grind of the pepper mill

1. Pour the cider into a big saucepan and heat gently for 5 minutes.

2. 2. Add the herbal tea, the cinnamin, vanilla seeds, cloves, tangerine peel and honey. Turn up the heat and bring to the boil. When boiling, lower the heat and continue cooking for about ten minutes.

So that the young can enjoy this, replace the cider with a good apple juice.
