Our Second Mission-Driven Company Audit Has Been Successfully Approved!

Since officially becoming a Mission-Driven Company in 2021, we have chosen an ambitious path: to enshrine in our articles of association our commitment to actively contributing to a fairer, more supportive and more sustainable world. In May 2025, we reached another important milestone: our second audit was successfully approved by the independent third-party organisation RSE France.

This is an important milestone that we are delighted to share with you, along with our full 2024 Mission Report, because this achievement is a collective one!

A Living, Co-Created Approach

Our mission is not simply a label: it is a guiding principle in everything we do every day. Each employee has a personal impact-driven company objective, every department implements concrete actions, and our Mission Committee, active and committed, challenges and supports us with kindness and constructive feedback.

This year, we would particularly like to thank our Mission Committee, a key partner in this journey.

For the past three years, our Mission Committee has supported us with high standards, kindness and inspiration. It has challenged our objectives, questioned our actions and helped us make progress and go even further.

As their term of office comes to an end, we would like to warmly thank all of its members, and in particular those whose terms are ending:

· Pascal Mayol, for his environmental expertise and his vision of our connection with the living world.

· Mégane Vechambre, for her invaluable support and expertise in plants and fragrance supply chains.

· Georgia Lambertin, for her commitment to agriculture, her convictions and her support for producers.

Thank you for these three meaningful, committed and deeply human years. And thank you to those who will continue to support us over the next three years:

Valérie ROUBAUD, Pauline BECHET, Vincent CAVAILLES, Virginie JULIEN, Audrey HAUPT and Laure VINCENT. They will be joined by two new members, Ambre PELISSIER and Johann HUILLIER.
