Pauline Rouard Diabate is an independent caterer based in Forcalquier, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region of France.

Forcalquier is a lively village with a rich calendar of cultural events and festivals throughout the year. It is famous for its Provençal market, held every Monday morning, as well as its picturesque streets, lively squares, historic fountains and beautiful old houses. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy excellent local cuisine, surrounded by rolling hills, lavender fields and tulip fields.
